David Longest has written six books on collectibles, including titles on cartoon toys & collectibles, character toys & collectibles, Disneyana, and other antique & collectible toys. He has been a regular monthly columnist for Toy Trader magazine and has done feature writing for several other magazines.

For both novice collectors & general antique lovers!
As the author of this book, I would like readers to know that this effort was intended to help both novice collectors of Christmas memorabilia and general antique lovers get a feel for the many great antique and collectible Santa Claus items that are out there in the marketplace. It is not intended to be the ULTIMATE Santa book, but I shot many different examples from private collections around the Midwest and one fine Santa museum in Santa Claus, Indiana. For lovers of old Santa nostalgia, this book should be a fun place to start.
